Refund policy

At Mother-In-Law Food, we take pride in providing high-quality frozen food products. Due to the perishable nature of our items and strict food safety standards, most sales are final. 
All sales of frozen food products are considered final once delivered. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of frozen or chilled products once they have left our delivery chain, unless they fall under the specific conditions listed below. This policy helps us maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
Exceptions for Refunds or Replacements:
We will issue a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
Wrong Item: You received a product that was different from your order receipt.
  • Damaged or Spoiled on Arrival: The product arrives damaged, defrosted, or spoiled due to an error in our handling or shipping process.
  • Quality Issue: The product has a verifiable quality issue (e.g., expired upon receipt) not related to improper storage after delivery. 
Reporting Procedure
If your order meets one of the above exceptions, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide supporting evidence, such as photos of the product, its original packaging, and the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to reject a request if we determine the goods were in good condition upon delivery or if the issue was a result of customer handling or storage after receipt. 
General Conditions
Proof of Purchase: All returns or refund requests require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customer Change of Heart: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind about your purchase.
  • Return of Goods: In approved cases, we may ask you to return the food item in its original container(s) for inspection.
  • Refund Processing: If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe (5 business days), depending on your bank's processing times.
