How do I cook / prepare the Ngoh Hiang?
You may defrost the Ngoh Hiang from the freezer. You can stir-fry the Ngoh Hiang 5 minutes on each side, deep fry for 6 minutes or Air fry at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
What is the return policy?

How do I prepare a Mother In Law Food?
At Mother-In-Law Food, we pride ourselves in making it as easy as possible to prepare delicious meals for the family, that could usually take hours.
For our Original Ngoh Hiang, simply defrost it early. Once defrosted, you may just put into the air-fryer for 25 mins or until golden-brown at 180°C.
Alternatively, you may pan fry for 5 minutes on each side OR deep fry for 6 minutes.
When will I get my order?
For orders placed before 3.30pm on a given day, your orders will be delivered the next day from Monday to Saturdays. For orders placed after 3.30pm, your orders will be delivered the day after tomorrow, or the next available day.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured 100% locally in Singapore. The facility is 100% locally-owned. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are of the highest quality and with the strictest hygiene standards. The facility is SFA-approved and ISO-certified.
How will I receive my order
Your order will be delivered by our preferred logistics partner whom does end-to-end cold chain delivery solutions. Their state-of-the-art facilities and transport assets ensure that your product is delivered in the right temperature.
How are your products packed?
Our products are vacuum-packed. For Ngoh Hiang it is packed with 5 rolls in it. For larger orders, it may be delivered in a carton box while for smaller orders it will be packed in a bag.
Where do you currently ship?
We currently only ship within Singapore domestically.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is at a flat fee of just $8. For orders above $55 and you will enjoy free shipping!
